My next phone?

Nokia N8 is doing a great job for me in all fronts of usage (occasional hiccups), apps, media and multimedia. But I must upgrade to something. Nokia 808 being the original successor of Nokia N8 is highly probable but the decision from Feb. 2011 is a big factor. The slow Tatkal

Some years ago, Tatkal was introduced for train travellers to book train tickets at short notice. A 5 day period was set. Then it was revised to 3-day period. Now it stands at 1-day. At this rate you’ll need to book ticket on train, then no one will be able to travel.

Today morning, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket and it took me whooping 1 hour. The status before the booking opens at 08:00 was

3 AC : 16
Sleeper: 99

My experience were far from exciting and had lot of free time. The only button which would’ve broken record of all keypress I will make in whole day today is “F5“. The time I would be leaving for office, I was totally dressed up and opening the IRCTC website, so that as soon as ticket is done, I leave for office. Nokia 808 PureView Heads-up

Nokia 808 PureViewIt can be said that Nokia N8 has been in market for well above 1 year and 6 months and with its 12 MP Carl Zeiss tessar optics and Xenon flash still ruling as the best camera in cameraphone category of mobiles. Before N8, we had N86 with 8MP camera with biggest sensor at the time and N82 with Xenon Flash. Proving its camera prowess for a decade now, Nokia has moved one step ahead by creating a 41MP sensor and has named it PureView. The first ever PureView device is Nokia 808.
